How much should a Cavapoo puppy weigh?

Don’t let size alone be the deciding factor. On average, the Cavapoo puppy will mature to between 10 and 15 pounds. If you want a slightly larger size adult, occasionally we have a litter of Cavapoo puppies who will get a bit larger, up to about 16 pounds to 18 or 20 pounds.
