Are yellow peppers good in chili?

COOK’S NOTE: BUSH’S® Kidney Chili Beans are available in a Mild and a Spicy Chili Sauce. We like both varieties, but when I can find them, I like to use the spicier beans for an added kick. I typically use red, orange, and yellow peppers for this recipe, however any variety of bell pepper will work nicely.

Can you eat yellow chillies?

Yellow chilli pepper ripens from green colour to yellow (orange), but is edible and already has heat while it’s green. Once the fruits have ripened, the plant will slowly start to degrade. The chilli pod has fulfilled its purpose to produce little chillies.
