How do I cancel my Brittany Ferries booking?
To can cancel your booking please use the Manage my booking facility. What CAN’T be amended online? Ferry-inclusive holidays, special offers and promotional bookings and part travelled tickets; all bookings where a passenger has been declared with a disability or reduced mobility.

How do you use a Brittany Ferries voucher?
Shopping vouchers The voucher is only valid for use in our on board boutiques. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash nor will any refund be provided for any unused vouchers. The voucher may be used in the boutiques of our ferries as full or part payment for goods (excluding alcohol or tobacco products).

Customers may cancel their booking at any time, prior to the sailing and receive a full refund less the non-refundable cancellation fee.
Can I amend my sailing with Brittany Ferries?
Brittany Ferries are still operating some services to France and Spain and customers can amend their sailing to one of these, amendment fees have been suspended temporarily. If customers doesn’t wish to amend their sailing, they can have a credit note for future travel, valid for 2 years (one voucher per sailing in the booking will be issued).

What time does check-in close for the Brittany Ferries?
Check in closes 45 minutes prior to departure for all routes. Brittany Ferries recommend you check-in at least 90 minutes before departure.
Can I take a towing caravan or trailer on the ferry?
Please call us to book these vehicles with trailers. Due to the size of the garage on our high-speed ferry, Normandie Express, we cannot transport any vehicle towing a caravan or trailer on this ship. Please note that all vehicles over 1.83m high need to be reversed onto this ship.
