use dish soap(dawn) and mix up like a table spoon to 1/2 quart water. I use a old squirt bottle and with engine at idle squirt the point where the belt comes in contact with the pulley. Watch out for the fan and ect and splash back from the soapy mix. Do that to each pulley/belt contact points.
