Do you need BF2 to play Project Reality?
In the next iteration of the popular Battlefield 2 mod: Project Reality, the team of modders behind it have made their creation a standalone product, no longer requiring Battlefield 2 in order to play it.
Is Project Reality still active?
The original version, Project Reality: BF2, was released in 2005 for Battlefield 2, it is still being updated on a regular basis and became a stand-alone game in 2015. In September 2015 it was announced that the project had been suspended.

Project Reality can be installed with our official installer. To download the installer you can either use the official torrent or one of the Google Drive links for HTTPS downloads. In order to download a Torrent file if you choose that option, you must have a BitTorrent client installed on your computer.

Re: How to Play Co-Op with a Friend Select “create local server” (or w/e exactly it’s called) in the singleplayer menu or let your friend do that. Your friend (or if he hosted, you) then connect through “join IP” – you simply enter the IP you can find in the hamachi program.

Go to your PR folder, open up mods/pr/ai then open the aidefault file with notepad and from there on you can change the number of bots you want to.

Will prarma2 be a standalone mod?
PR:ARMA2 will exist as a standalone modification. It will remain self contained, self developing and not rely on or use externally held add-ons from other sources where at all possible. What that means to the player is that it will be a ‘one stop shop’ as an installation package, with no requirement for additional multiple add on packs.
