What did URZA do?
The Brothers’ War Urza ignited the planeswalker spark within the re-fused powerstone after the detonation of the Golgothian Sylex. Urza discovered there that Mishra had been corrupted by Phyrexian influence, slowly turning himself from a man into a living machine.
Who killed URZA?
Their climactic final battle ended in a magic explosion known as the Sylex Blast, which killed Mishra and brought Urza’s human life to an end. However, he was transformed into a planeswalker with the two halves of the Thran stone replacing his eyes.
Why did URZA make Karn?
Karn was created as a probe by Urza and Barrin to enable their time-travel experiments. His form was chosen because Urza’s studies had shown that only silver could pass through temporal energies unharmed.
