What happened to Great Northern tavern?

Great Northern Tavern used to be one of our favorite places, but it has definitely gone downhill. Our reservation was for 6:30. We did not receive our food until close to 8:00. It was way too long of a wait and the staff did not offer to compensate us in any way — just apologies from our server who probably had no control over it.
