Background: The HEADSS (Home, Education, Activities, Drugs, Sex, Suicide) assessment is a psychosocial screening tool designed for the adolescent population. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and other organizations recommend using this assessment in order to address risk behaviors.
