The original files are stored in .wav format in the game files. It is also available on YouTube if you don’t need it on file. Extracted from d2music.mpq and d2xmusic.mpq. Contains all speech files from Diablo II and LoD. These are still in their original .wav format, and so had to be split up into two archives.
