Who is Brad Newton?

Bradley Newton practises predominantly in criminal law and occupational health and safety law.In 1994 Brad was awarded honours degrees in economics (majoring in pure economic theory) and law from Monash University.

Who is Brad Bradley?

Brad has particular expertise in corporations and securities law (including schemes of arrangement), professional negligence claims and banking and financial services litigation. He also has experience in insolvency matters, class actions, regulatory investigations (involving ASIC and the ACCC), breach of confidence proceedings, and defamation.

What does Brad do in court?

Brad has also regularly appeared to prosecute breaches of the occupational health and safety law on behalf of the Victorian WorkCover Authority. In the civil jurisdiction Brad has been briefed to draw advices and pleadings and other court documents.

What did Brad do before joining the bar?
